Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken breast 500g
- Hung curd 250 g
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 Garam mashala powder
- 1/2 tbsp kabab chini powder
- 1/2 tbsp white pepper powder
- 1 tbsp kashmiri chilly powder
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp chart mashala powder
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp onion paste
- 1/2 tbsp javitri powder
Now Shallow fry them in a very low heat with a little chopped onion .
Once the chicken is cooked to perfection serve them hot with a dash of lime .
