Chicken Ka Sukha Chap


Ingredients 

  • Boneless Chicken breast 500g
  • Hung curd 250 g
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder  
  • 1/2 Garam mashala powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp kabab chini powder
  • 1/2 tbsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chart mashala powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp onion paste  
  • 1/2 tbsp javitri powder 
                                                            Cut the chicken breast in thin slice and beat it gentle with kitchen hammer . Now marinate them with hung curd and all the above mentioned mashalas for at least 6 hrs .
Now Shallow fry them in a very low heat with a little chopped onion .

Once the chicken is cooked to perfection serve them hot with a dash of lime .
